RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Frisky Partridge imports all our goods direct from the relevant producers. We personally inspect every order as it is hand packed by us at our own premises. Sometimes, we recognise that things can go wrong or there may be an issue, although we do go the extra mile to try and eradicate these before they occur.
If, however, you are not happy with your product because you think there might be a genuine problem with it, then please do return it to us with its original packaging within seven days of dispatch from us to the address below. The problem should be explained in a letter accompanying the parcel and if on inspection there is found to be a problem, then an immediate refund or credit will be offered.
Please note that a USER error - for example incorrect spelling on a personalised label or incorrect selection of products - is not accepted as a valid reason for return. We do always aim to be as accomodating as possible, however.
We do take customer service very seriously and it is our mission to constantly improve our service. If you feel there is something we should know, or if you have any aspect of your order you wish to discuss or complain about, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone on 0208 076 0876 or by email. It would help if you include your order reference number in the event of a query.
