Personalised Bottles
How does personalisation work?
Choose your preferred label design and add your message or upload your logo or photo. Every personalised order is professionally refined, and we can send a proof for approval before print if required.
Can I choose a Tottering label without personalising it?
Yes. You may select the classic Tottering by Gently house label design exactly as shown, or choose a template and add your own personal message.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. You can request a proof and if we have a query on a personalised label, you will be sent a proof for approval before printing.
How long does personalisation take?
Once your proof has been approved, bottles are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Can I order multiple bottles?
Yes. Please contact us if you require multiple bottles or delivery to different addresses.
Tottering Prints & Gifts
Are your Tottering prints licensed?
Yes. We work with licensed Tottering by Gently artwork.
Do you sell signed prints?
Yes. All our prints are original signed artist prints — please see the individual product listings for details.
Do you restock prints and giftware?
We hold an extensive range of Tottering cartoons and may restock and add merchandise depending on availability and popularity.
Delivery & Orders
How long does delivery take?
We send out Monday to Friday, not weekends or Bank Holidays. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Can I send items directly as a gift?
Yes. You may ship directly to the recipient. Please ensure the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We also have a gift wrap service.
